Orders can be placed in a few ways: 

—AK test sockets from measurements and BK test sockets from customer modified CAD .stl files can be placed through the online forms. Printable forms for these socket types are available on the site for recording details during patient evaluation. 

—BK test sockets from cast, and AK/BK definitive sockets can be ordered either with printable order forms or with the online forms. These orders can also be a combination of a printed form sent with a cast/test socket and an online order. If the order is placed using the online form only, the cast/test socket will need an ID mark to match the ID used in the online order.

In order to access the online order forms and place orders, there will need to be a Company Registration for setting up billing information and login credentials.

Practitioners can login through the Company Login to place orders, or they can register an account with their own username and password.

Individual Practitioner Accounts will be linked to the Company Account for billing.

Online order forms will auto-fill most demographic details with information in the Company or Practitioner profiles based on the login used.

Access account registration under New Customers-> New Account Registration in main menu.
