Practitioner Account for placing orders and auto-fill of individual practitioner contact information and shipping addresses for specific offices. The Practitioner Account links to the Company Account for billing.

The process to register is to set-up a Company Account first, and then provide your Practitioners with the Company Account Number to set up their own linked accounts. Practitioner Accounts have their own individual username and password.
